Infusion Angelique™ Tequila 1.5 oz
Mint leaves 8-10
Splash of lime juice
Mango puree .75 oz
Champagne to taste
Shake the first four ingredients over ice,
pour into an ice rimmed martini glass and
float champagne on top. |
